This policy applies to NCLEX RN Exam Practice, published by Cyber Phoenix LTD. It explains the study information stored on your device and the purchase information processed to provide subscription access.
Your onboarding choices, study schedule, exam date if entered, starting focus, answers, confidence responses, review schedule, progress, saved questions and activity checkpoints are stored on your device. The app uses these records to build your study checklist and recommend practice. We do not receive these study records and do not send them to RevenueCat.
The patient scenarios are fictional learning content. The app is a study tool and does not ask you to enter real patient records.
Apple or Google handles payment. RevenueCat is our service provider for checking subscription access, retrieving available plans, validating purchase records and restoring purchases. When the native app initializes RevenueCat, including before a purchase, it can send an anonymous app user identifier, device and operating-system information and connection metadata. RevenueCat also processes product identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, purchase history, subscription status and the time the app was last seen.
We use this information to provide and support paid access and to understand subscription performance. We do not receive your payment-card details. We do not send RevenueCat your study plan, answers, exam date, name or email address. See RevenueCat's privacy information, Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
RevenueCat and the app stores may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their privacy policies describe their safeguards and handling of this information.
Study reminders are optional and scheduled locally for the days and time you choose. The app asks for notification permission when you choose to enable them. You can change the schedule or turn reminders off in the app's Settings, and manage notification permission in your device settings. Your reminder schedule is not sent to us.
The app does not request contacts, camera, microphone or precise-location access. It does not use an advertising identifier or advertising SDK, show ads or track you across other apps and websites.
You do not need a study account. The app does not upload or sync your study history between devices. Restoring a purchase checks store access; it does not restore study records from a server.
Your operating system may include local app data in device backups or transfers, depending on your settings. Those copies are handled by your device and backup provider. Resetting local progress or uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove earlier device backups.
Local study records remain on your device until you reset progress or remove the app's local data. Backups can retain earlier copies under your platform's settings. RevenueCat and store purchase records remain for access management, support, fraud prevention and applicable legal or accounting needs. We do not promise that uninstalling the app deletes a store's transaction history.
Cancel renewal in your Apple or Google account. Deleting the app, resetting progress or requesting data deletion does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription.
If you contact support@bestexamapps.com, we receive the message and the contact information you provide. We use it to answer your request and keep a support record where needed. Please do not include real patient information. A receipt or anonymous RevenueCat app user identifier can help us locate a purchase issue; never send a password or payment-card number.
Where applicable data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to processing, restrict processing or request a portable copy, contact us using the email above. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record. We cannot access study records kept only on your device.
Where UK GDPR applies, we process purchase information to provide contracted access and support information to respond to your request. Necessary service-security processing relies on our legitimate interests in operating the service. You can contact the Information Commissioner's Office if you have a data-protection concern. Rights and exceptions depend on your location and applicable law.
The app is intended for people preparing for a nursing licensure examination. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information to us.
The website privacy policy covers bestexamapps.com and its hosting logs. When you follow a store or reference link, that service handles the visit under its own policy.
