Cyber Phoenix LTD ("we") builds the exam prep apps listed on this site and Inspection Report. This policy explains what those apps and this website collect, and what we do with it. It applies to every app we publish under the Best Exam Apps name.

Your study and inspection records are stored on your device. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase access and understand subscription performance. The apps do not require an account or show advertising, and we do not sell personal data.
Your answers, scores, streaks, review schedule, predicted score and settings are stored locally on your phone. They are not transmitted to us and we cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Inspection Report stores the inspection details you enter, including client and company details, manually entered locations, findings, photographs, annotations and signatures, on your device. These records are not sent to us or RevenueCat. Camera and selected-photo access let you attach evidence and company logos. The app does not use GPS to determine your location.
You can export reports and backups to destinations you choose. Those destinations handle the copies under their own policies. Device backup or transfer may also include app files, depending on your operating system settings. Deleting local records or uninstalling the app does not delete exported copies or earlier backups. Keep a usable backup before uninstalling if you want to retain your inspections.
RevenueCat can process data when the app opens, including before you start a trial or make a purchase. We use it to check access, retrieve available plans and restore purchases. It processes:
We use this data for access management, receipt validation and subscription analytics. We do not send RevenueCat your name or email address or use this data for advertising or tracking across other apps and websites. RevenueCat processes this data as our service provider. Apple and Google handle payment details under their own privacy policies; we do not receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy information.
The following list applies to our exam prep apps. Inspection Report uses the media access described above.
If you switch on the optional practice or inspection due reminder, the notification is scheduled locally on your device. It is off unless you turn it on, and no reminder data reaches us.
bestexamapps.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising and embeds no third-party trackers. Our host records standard server logs, including IP address and page requested, for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you.
Where UK GDPR applies, we process purchase data on the basis of performing our contract with you, which is giving you the access you paid for. RevenueCat may hold an anonymous customer record even if you have not made a purchase. If you believe we hold data about you, you can ask us to confirm it, correct it, or delete it by emailing support@bestexamapps.com. Include a receipt or transaction identifier if you have one to help us find the record. We answer within 30 days.

These apps are professional study and inspection tools intended for adults. They are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Purchase records are kept for as long as your access is active, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep records of a sale. Local study data lives on your device until you delete it or remove the app.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top of this page changes and the new version is published here before it takes effect.
