Email support@bestexamapps.com. A real person reads it and you will get a reply, usually within one working day.
Tell us and we will check it against the source material. Include the question text or a screenshot. If we got it wrong we fix it and the correction reaches everyone in the next update. This is the single most useful thing you can send us.
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so cancellations and refunds go through them:
If you paid and the app still shows a paywall, use the Restore button on the paywall first. It re-checks your purchase with the store. If that does not clear it, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it.
Study progress is stored on the device, so it does not follow you to a new phone. Your purchase does. Install the app, open the paywall and tap Restore.
If you want an app for a certification we do not cover, email the exam name to support@bestexamapps.com. The ones people ask for most get built first.
